Who We Are
LitSpark Solutions Private Limited ("LitSpark", "we", "us") runs this website at litspark.solutions. We're based on Bannerghatta Main Road, Hulimavu, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076, India. For the personal data described here, we decide why and how it is used, which makes us the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and the controller under UK and EU GDPR.
What We Collect and Why
We collect personal data only when you give it to us, plus a small amount of technical information sent by your browser:

We don't ask for sensitive data such as health, financial account or government ID details through this website. Please don't include them in messages.
Our Basis for Using Your Data
When you submit a form, you're asking us to act on it, and you consent to us using the details for that purpose. Under GDPR, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the website. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; it doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
How We Use Your Data
- Reply to enquiries and send proposals, quotes and contracts you ask for.
- Contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your enquiry or application.
- Assess job applications and arrange interviews.
- Keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix problems.
- Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations once you become a client.
We won't add you to marketing emails or newsletters unless you ask to join them. We don't use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
International Transfers
We're based in India, and your data is stored and processed mainly in India. If you're in the UK, EU or elsewhere, your data will be transferred to India. Where GDPR applies, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with our service providers. Some providers may process data in other countries; where they do, they follow equivalent protections.
How Long We Keep It
- Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client records: for as long as the contract runs, then as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Job applications: up to 12 months after the role closes, so we can consider you for similar roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Technical logs (IP address, browser details): at least one year, as Indian law requires for security purposes, then deleted.
How We Protect It
Our site runs over HTTPS. Form data is stored in our own database. CVs are kept in a private folder that only signed-in staff with permission can open. Access to the admin system is limited by role and protected by sign-in. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Your Rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correct or complete inaccurate data.
- Delete your data, unless we must keep it by law.
- Withdraw consent you've given.
- Nominate someone to exercise your rights if you're unable to.
If you're in the UK or EU you can also object to processing, ask us to restrict it, and ask for a copy of your data in a portable format. Residents of some US states have similar rights to access and delete their data, and we honour those requests too.
To use any of these rights, email us at the address below. We'll confirm who you are and respond within 30 days.
Questions and Complaints
Contact our Grievance Officer with any question or complaint about your data. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. In the UK you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), and in the EU your local data protection authority.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.
Changes to This Policy
We'll update this page when our practices or the law change, and show the new date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use data you've already given us, we'll tell you directly.
