Objective
GasMan4U is a digital ordering and delivery platform designed for gas cylinders, new LPG connections, regulators, gas pipes, stoves, and related products. The solution connects customers, administrators, stores, and delivery personnel through a unified backend. Customers browse products on the website and place orders through the mobile app, while the administrative portal manages the complete fulfilment workflow.
Solution
A responsive public website was developed to showcase live products directly from the backend and guide customers toward the mobile app for ordering. The customer app supports OTP authentication, product browsing, addresses, cart, checkout, ordering, notifications, and order tracking. A secure admin portal provides catalogue management, operational analytics, customer administration, store management, order processing, payment updates, and delivery-personnel assignment. A dedicated delivery workflow allows assigned personnel to manage bookings, update delivery and payment statuses, and share location updates.
Results
GasMan4U now has a centralised digital platform covering the customer journey from product discovery through delivery. Product and operational information can be managed from one administrative portal, website listings remain synchronised with the backend catalogue, customers receive a streamlined app-based ordering experience, and delivery personnel can manage assigned orders through dedicated APIs.
