Overview

This project covers the development of a full-stack image access and asset management web application designed by LitSpark Solutions to seamlessly fetch folder hierarchies and media files directly from a client-hosted server. Built using React, Node.js, and MySQL, the platform provides a structured environment for managing media viewing and downloading through a 3-tier user role hierarchy (Superadmin, Admin, and Normal User).

The Goal

The primary objective was to design and build a secure, full-stack web application using React, Node.js, and MySQL that connects directly to the client's host server to dynamically manage media assets and enforce strict 3-tier role-based access control (Superadmin, Admin, and Normal User) with folder-level permissions.

What We Built

LitSpark Solutions engineered a complete platform featuring administrative tools for assigning parent-folder access and setting multi-select batch download limits, paired with a clean user frontend that supports dynamic directory browsing, thumbnail grids, full-screen image previews, and permitted batch downloads.

Results

The project successfully delivered a safe, fully integrated media distribution system that met all server and permission requirements, delivering a working MVP in 5 working days and achieving full completion within the 15-working-day timeline.
