Print Xpress is a web platform for a printing and corporate gifting business, combining a public website with an administrative CRM. The Goal
The objective was to establish a clear online presence for Print Xpress and provide a central system for handling enquiries and daily operations. The platform was designed to help customers discover relevant services and products while giving staff the tools to organize leads, prepare quotations, and track orders through fulfillment.
What We Built
The solution pairs a responsive React website with a FastAPI backend and MongoDB database. The public experience presents services and categorized gifting products, supported by quote request forms and contact information. A protected admin portal brings together customer records, staff management, lead assignments, quotations, order progress, catalog administration, and reporting, with approved leads automatically converted into orders.
